Fleets of AI agents read the open web, the record and the market at a scale no analyst team can match, and surface only what is worth a person's time.
Diligence usually stops at the decision. Ours doesn't.
Every machine finding is pressure-tested by people with the experience and relationships to confirm it before it reaches a decision.
After the decision, the system keeps re-testing the reasons behind it and tells you the moment one stops holding.
Three engagements. One machine underneath.
Market Intelligence
Alternative data and AI research that re-underwrites every thesis continuously, not once at the start. Signal pulled out of the noise, with the reasoning attached.
Network Mapping
Who owns what, who is connected to whom, and through which entities. Network analysis built for government work, pointed at the people and companies across the table from you.
Venture Operations
From first brief to a running company: the systems, the operations and the people, stood up together by a team that stays until it runs without us.
An operator and an engineer, at one table.
Eric Robinson
- Co-Founder & Executive Director, Operation Helo
- Former CEO, Acme Aero
Eric co-founded Operation Helo when Hurricane Helene cut off western North Carolina, and as its Executive Director built a volunteer helicopter network into a standing disaster-response organization working alongside county and municipal partners. Before that he ran Acme Aero, a helicopter-parts business, where the work was suppliers, negotiation and the P&L.
At Robinson-Keo he owns the relationships: the partners, the operators and the people who turn a promising idea into a running venture.
Kenny Keo
- Co-Founder, Sentrala
- Two decades in data systems
- Estonian Meritorious Service Cross
Kenny builds intelligence systems for environments where ordinary software fails. He co-founded Sentrala, a data-analytics consultancy of PhDs and analysts, and has spent two decades on data-modernization and network-analysis work for government agencies and global nonprofits, mapping complex information networks and advising the executives who act on them.
At Robinson-Keo he builds and runs the machine: the agent fleets, the network mapping, and the watch that never stops.
Not a venture firm. The partner ventures call.
Investors, founders and operators bring us the idea they want to exist. We build the intelligence under it and help stand the business up around it.
Bring us the idea
One market, one thesis, one company you want to exist. We prove it there first, in plain terms: what it takes, what it costs, how we'll know it works.
We build the machine
Agent fleets and intelligence systems stood up in weeks, not quarters, under a defined scope and a fixed fee agreed up front.
We stay to run it
No slide deck and goodbye. We operate alongside you until it runs without us, and if it doesn't earn its place, you keep everything we found.
Bring us the idea you can't stop thinking about.
A short conversation, under NDA if you want one, and you'll know whether we're the right partner for it.
